Incident Management System

Your consideration regarding donation towards Incident reporting Initiative is highly appreciated. Incima System is committed to alert the community about the potential hazards that could cause injury, illness, property damage, environmental damage or cause death through incident reporting system. Our goal is to engage individuals, safety personnel, community leaders, private companies and government sectors to contribute towards incident Reporting Initiative by providing a Free Incident Management System . This system is free to the public to use to report any near miss or hazard they may come across.

The donation will be utilized in funding specific programs, purchasing essential equipment, supporting operational costs. The donor will receive, such as acknowledgment in publications or remain anonymous if they wish to. They will receive invitations to special events etc.

Mitigating Unsafe Conditions

Unsafe conditions refer to physical or environmental factors that increase the risk of accidents or injuries. And sometimes it takes long for this conditions to be addressed. These can include and open mine hole along walk ways, poorly maintained equipment or exposure to hazardous materials.

INCIMA System aims to manage unsafe conditions effectively by:

Conduct Inspections: We will conduct regular inspections around the community to identify and assess unsafe conditions.
Implement Corrections: We aim to Implement corrective actions to eliminate or mitigate identified hazards and improve safety for all.
Provide Training: We will provide training and education on recognizing and addressing unsafe conditions.
Encourage Reporting: We encourage everyone to report unsafe conditions without fear of reprisal and take immediate action to address reported issues.

Rewards and Recognition Program

This program rewards individuals for participating in Identifying hazards and reporting incidents to the responsible people or relevant authorities with tokens or promotional items such as bags, umbrellas, T-Shirts, Braai stands, Gift vouchers, First Aid Kit etc..

Transportations, Food and Accommodation

In order to achieve our goals and objectives. We will need support with transportation, Food and accommodation as we aim to travel the country and educate the nation about the need to report near miss or hazardous conditions.

Education/Training and Communication

We aim to travel the country and educate the nation about our Incident management system that they can use to reduce serious injuries and fatality incident that occur at workplace and around the community

Internet Bundles and system Maintenance

Our journey towards achiving our goals will need proper management of the system. To avoid system glitches and to control traffic we will need frequent maintenance with effective equipment and fast internet provider.
